Workshop on WTO Appellate Review: Reform Proposals and Alternatives

The purpose of this workshop, organized by the World Trade Institute, is to seek clarification of the current proposals for reform of WTO appellate review, to explore alternatives for WTO appellate review, and to test the ‘viability’ of both the proposals for reform and the alternatives. To this end, the workshop aims to bring together officials of WTO Members, legal practitioners, academics and WTO Secretariat staff.
