Atharv Sameer Joshi

Atharv was born and brought up in India and obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from ILS Law College, Pune. Serendipity led his interest in the international sphere. Following his questions, Atharv got a chance to intern with Centre for WTO Studies, IIFT, Delhi and Centre for Trade and Investment Law, Delhi and complete the Joint Academy on International Trade Law and Policy organized by the World Trade Institute and Centre for WTO Studies in 2021. For two years he also volunteered in an NGO supporting the legal education of underprivileged children.

Atharv likes collecting new perspectives on different things and is always keen on organizing insightful events for his generation. In his spare time, he runs an online book club. He hopes that his time at the World Trade Institute can develop him into a multi-faceted person and fund his career aspiration of teaching and consulting.
