Pamela Beglinger

Pamela Beglinger studied business administration and holds a diploma in Management of Social Organizations from the UASB – Universidad Andina Simon Bolivar. After her private sector experience in the first years of her professional experience, she worked 7 years for SDC (DEZA) – Swiss Development Agency part of the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs EDA in their Cooperation Office in Quito as an Operational Assistant. Her experience in the non-profit sector was complemented when she joined the Regional Office of SNV – Netherlands Development Organization in Latin America as a Regional Operations Coordinator for 5 years.

Before moving to Switzerland, she worked for almost 7 years at UDLA Universidad de Las Americas in Ecuador in the Registration Office as a Coordination of Student Records. She was responsible for the whole administration and registration of academic information of undergraduate and graduate students.

Pamela has more than 15 years of experience in multicultural and international environments, especially in project management and implementation, process design and improvement, training on new tools and systems.
