Julian Clarke MILE 02

Julian Clarke is a Senior Economist with more than 10 years' experience in  Cambodia, Malaysia, Lao PDR, Thailand and Vietnam. He has managed World Bank programmes dealing with WTO accession, customs reform and Doing Business reforms, including the simplification and automation of institutional procedures. Julian received his PhD from the University of St. Gallen, and his Master in International Law and Economics (MILE) from the Universities of Bern, Fribourg and Neuchatel. Julian previously worked for the IDRC, IMF and the World Trade Organization and has published widely on competition and trade.
