Pablo Escobar MILE 13

Pablo Escobar Ullauri is a member of the Ecuadorian Foreign Service. His last posting was at the Permanent Mission of Ecuador to the WTO from 2008 to 2012, where he was responsible for participating in the negotiations on Agriculture, Dispute Settlement, Fisheries Subsidies, Trade Facilitation, Trade and Environment and Services. In September 2011, the Advisory Centre on WTO Law selected Pablo as one of the three candidates that would join the staff of this international organisation for a period of 9 months as part of Secondment Programme. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College, a Juris Doctor from the University of Azuay and is also a graduate of the Diplomatic Academy of Ecuador.
