Regula Hofer MILE 12

Regula Hofer is Swiss and holds a BSc degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of London (London School of Economics and Political Science). Following several years' experience in the private industry, she worked as Senior Project Manager for UK Trade & Investment, the UK's government body offering services to British-based firms wanting to gain access to global markets through export, and to foreign based firms wanting to use Britain as a base to expand globally. This experience and a specific interest in trade-related topics led Regula to join the MILE programme to specialise in international law and economics, in particular with a view to the role of developing and emerging economies embedded in international trade and investment governance.

A native German speaker, Regula is fluent in English as well as French. She enjoys travelling and is a passionate hiker.
