Caleb Catalan
Caleb Catalan is a Philippine lawyer with a keen interest in trade and international economic law. He is a graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, where he developed an interest in international law through his exposure to various moot competitions, including the John H. Jackson WTO Moot Court. Prior to joining the Institute, Caleb worked at a domestic law firm in the Philippines where he focused primarily on domestic and international taxation and corporate matters.
Caleb’s areas of interest include digital trade, international investment, and dispute resolution. In his free time, he enjoys various outdoor activities such as hiking, running, sport climbing, and bouldering.
