Harshit Kothari

Harshit was born and raised in a small town in Maharashtra, India. His interest in the international law field developed early in his school years due to his hobby of reading about geopolitics.

He holds a B.A.LL.B. degree from India. This is where he had his first encounter with International Economic Law and it intrigued him in pursuing a career in this field. He joined WTI for its interesting subjects, incredible professors and an international student body. 

Very passionate about human rights, he has done a year long diploma on the intersectionality and interdisciplinary approach of human rights law. He has briefly worked in legal aid and as a researcher for advocates working in different fields in India.

In his free time, Harshit likes to read and watch movies and TV shows.
