On 20 and 21 January 2023, Prof. Peter Van den Bossche, the WTI Director of Studies, lectured at the Faculty of Law of LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. For the LL.M. Programme on Food Law, he conducted an 11-hour simulation exercise called The Chocolate War, where border and behind-the-border measures affecting trade in food products were addressed.
