The Secretary-General of the AfCFTA shared his knowledge and discussed the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement with the WTI's students as well as external participants.

Secretary-General Mene was the Deputy Ambassador of the South African Permament Mission to the World Trade Organization (WTO) from 2010 to 2015 and leads the AfCFTA Secretariat since February 2020.
