Peter Van den Bossche comments on WTO leadership race in new Reuters article
Roberto Azevêdo stepped down as Director General of the WTO at the end of August, leaving the organization without an interim leader. Does this mark a new low-point for the crisis-ridden organization? What are the chances of a of a strong, dynamic leader emerging by early November, who will be able to find solutions for some of the issues?
