WTI directors present new book at WTO Public Forum
A new WTI title, 'The Shifting Landscape of Global Trade Governance', was launched at the WTO Public Forum on 10 October.
Professors Manfred Elsig and Michael Hahn, who co-edited the volume with Gabriele Spilker of the University of Salzburg, presented their book based on the 2017 World Trade Forum.
The volume explores the systemic challenges to the trade regime posed by factors including development, migration, inequality, the digital economy and climate change.
It features chapters authored by leading researchers from the fields of law, political science and economics.
‘The Shifting Landscape of Global Trade Governance’ is published by Cambridge University Press.
The 2019 WTO Public Forum took place from 8 to 11 October.
