WTI alumni come together in Geneva
The WTO Public Forum, which took place at the end of September, provided an occasion for the latest gathering of WTI alumni.
Around 45 alumni of the MILE programme, current students and MILE faculty members attended the social event held next to the lake in Geneva. It was hosted by WTI Advisors, which provides advice on international trade issues and is affiliated to the WTI.
During the event, WTI Director of Studies Peter Van den Bossche addressed the students and guests and gave them insights into his work at the WTO Appellate Body. He also gave an update on the Thomas Cottier Scholarship Fund, which is raising funds to pay for the tuition of one student annually.
The event was organised by alumni relations coordinators Corinne Karlaganis and Sascha Finger.
