"Obesity is almost a bigger problem than hunger"
WTI Senior Researcher Dr Häberli was interviewed during a teaching visit to PUCP, a partner in the SECO programme.
In this wide-ranging interview, he talks about the challenge of implementing commitments to reducing global warming, how trade can alleviate the problems in global food supply and how obesity is becoming a bigger problem than hunger in the world. He also discusses the problems Britain will face in renegotiating its relationship with the WTO following Brexit.
