Successful Summer Academy Courses at the World Trade Institute
Heavy hitters in the Summer Academy: "International Climate Governance" and "International Investment Law and Sustainable Development"
This past week, 1-5 July 2024, the WTI welcomed two successful Summer Academy Courses.
"International Climate Governance", taught by Nicholas Lockhart, Dominic Coppens, Elena Cima, and Dimitri Zenghelis, tackled the topic of the climate crisis requiring rapid and unprecedented regulatory change at domestic and international levels.
"International Investment Law and Sustainable Development" brought Roberto Echandi, Krista Navadakukaren and Mariana H.C. Gonstead in to discuss that different types of investment pose different challenges and opportunities for sustainable development.
