Prof Van den Bossche appointed as panelist in WTO dispute
The WTI’s Director of Studies has been appointed as a panellist in the WTO dispute, European Union – Countervailing duties on Imports of Biodiesel from Indonesia (DS618).
Prof Peter Van den Bossche, Director of Studies at the World Trade Institute and former Member and Chair of the Appellate Body of the World Trade Organization (2009-2019), has been appointed as panellist in the WTO dispute, European Union – Countervailing duties on Imports of Biodiesel from Indonesia (DS618), in accordance with Article 8 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Disputes (DSU) at the World Trade Organization (WTO).
