WTI at Gujarat International Moot Court Competition 2024

The 15th edition of the Gujarat International Moot Court Competition took place from 15 to 18 February 2024 at the Gujarat National Law University in India. Around 110 students from 36 different universities participated in this year’s competition.

The World Trade Institute was represented by Dr Werner Zdouc, Member of the WTI Advisory Board and former Director of the WTO Appellate Body Secretariat, as a panellist in the Final Round. The WTI is proud that in preliminary, quarter- and semi-final rounds, WTI alumni Ms Sai Sumana Chamarty, Mr Ridhish Rajvanshi and Ms Urvi Tembey acted as panelists as well. Ms Urvi Tembey was also the co-author of the case, which she jointly drafted with Ms Isha Das.

The winning team from the National Law University, Delhi is awarded participation in the WTI’s Summer Academy.
