21st John H Jackson Moot Court - West and South Asia Regional Round

The West and South Asia Regional Round of the 21st John H Jackson Moot Court Competition took place at the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) in Kolkata. This event marked the first time that the Asian Regional Round has been organised in India.

WTI alumni served as panellists. In the Semi-Finals and Finals WTI alumnus Dr Santanu Mukherjee represented the WTI, joined by MILE alumnus Ridhish Rajvanshi from the Centre for Trade and Investment Law, who was a panellist in the previous rounds and Semi-Finals.

21 teams from India, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan competed against each other. The winning team is from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. The runner-up is a team from the National Law Institute University Bhopal. The winners receive a full tuition fee waiver to attend one of the WTI Winter or Summer Academies in 2023/2024.
